Welcome to Collavent. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Collavent mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Evost, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Collavent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

To use Collavent, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account using a valid email address
• You must verify your email address to access full functionality
• You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Description of Services

Collavent provides an event management platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage private and public events
• Set event details, upload pictures, and manage agendas
• Participate in event planning forums
• Create social circles with other users
• Contribute to event wallets using Stripe payment processing
• Purchase event tickets for public events
• Receive notifications about event updates

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit unlawful, threatening, or objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Engage in fraudulent financial transactions

6.2 Event Content

As an event creator or participant, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of event information
• Complying with laws regarding your events
• Obtaining necessary permits or permissions
• Ensuring event safety and compliance

7. Payment Terms and Stripe Integration

7.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• By making payments, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
• We do not store credit card or banking information

7.2 Event Wallet Contributions

• Users may contribute to event wallets for shared expenses
• A service fee of 3% is applied to transactions
• Contributions are non-refundable unless required by law

7.3 Event Wallet Withdrawals

• Only event administrators can withdraw funds
• Withdrawals require Stripe connected account verification
• Processing times depend on Stripe and banking institutions

7.4 Fees and Charges

• Service fees will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion
• Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design and functionality, is owned by Evost Inc. Our trademarks and brand elements are protected by law.

8.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and process it
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights

• Stripe: Payment processing provider

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evost from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of others.

14. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.
